The outdoor pool area was a hit with the kids.
Some beds might have bed bugs based on one night's experience.

This hotel suits me perfectly! I love the free airport shuttle, great wi-fi, and the seasonal outdoor pool. The staff once helped me with my forgotten shower bag, which I really appreciated. Highly recommend visiting during the holidays!

Location - it was marvellous and decent, a subway station was near the hotel. I tried some drinks at beer restaurant nossum, located 15 minutes walk away. The restaurant was very nice with good food, I tried excellent dishes. The view from the window was great.

transport service to and from the airport and Ifema made everything much easier. drivers are very nice and make you feel that you are not a nuisance at all by helping you in what they can, sometimes even with suggestions of subway and places. apartments although with two very spacious and comfortable beds (And the bed was so big that we slept two in one).
To say the least, I would say that the receptionists had very little (if any) offer in terms of food. I asked, all he could tell me was the hotel restaurant. As a receptionist, I do that too, I'm aware that tourists don't always want to be leveraged in the hotel and want to go out, if they're young, I don't expect them to spend 25 euros per person on a menu either. I would have appreciated other options, instead of just naming the hotel restaurant and telepizza. It would be good as a suggestion to have some menus of restaurants with home service or to be able to inform about the typical piscolabis, pizzeria, Chinese, kebabs etc. that there would be at the stroke of whoever wants to take a little walk in the area.

My partner and I went to a hostel "of bad luck" from which we ran after an hour in it, despite losing the money, we preferred to find another to rest comfortable and we arrived at this hotel in which we were totally delighted. How can we highlight something, if we liked EVERYTHING?We stayed in one of the bungalows they have (number 23 to be precise) and to our surprise it was enormous, it had two beds of 1.20m each, very comfortable, a sofa and 2 private terraces with views of the swimming pool, full bathroom with a large bathtub. Mention also the pressure and temperature of the bathtub (something that is usually scarce in hotels, in the sense that either you have hot water or you have pressure), in addition to the cleanliness. It is located in a quiet and safe, with parking area. The wake up was wonderful, listening only to the tweet of the birds and very quiet during the night, allowing a perfect rest, we will return without doubt, highly recommended!
Being a business trip, the only thing we didn't like was not having more time to enjoy this wonderful hotel.

Overall, the hotel is very good. The location near Ifema which is where we were going made things easier for us, we appreciated the airport transfer service at no extra cost, the terrace by the pool is fantastic, the reception staff and minibus driver are a delight. The fridge in the room is a real eye opener. And the cleaning in general is good.. When I get back to the Ifema, I'll be back.
Only two things I didn't like. The bed is too soft for my taste. For one day it's fine, but you'd have to check the mattress thing. . And it's a pity that the friendly treatment of the reception staff, and especially that of one of the chauffeurs, is tarnished by the attitude of one of the barmaids who doesn't have a knack for working in front of the public. She's so rude, she forgets what you're asking for and blames you for it. The latter is an anecdote, but it's a shame that someone is ruining the good feeling left by her colleagues.

a perfect base for exploring local parks and attractions nearby
I loved that I could easily walk to Parque Juan Pablo II in just a little under 15 minutes, and the Fuente de la Concha was a pleasant stroll. I found it really nice to kick off my day with these beautiful surroundings before diving into Madrid's vibrant city life. As a solo traveler, the spacious room fit my needs perfectly, but I did wish there was a more convenient option for dining around the hotel area, especially after long days exploring the city.

Hotel with comfortable and spacious rooms, very clean and comfortable, good attention from the staff especially the receptionist of the morning shift Carlos who was very professional and attentive. Free transfer to the airport to all terminals, good communication with the city center as there is a subway station relatively close to the hotel.
In general, although I would like to make a small observation in relation to the transfer to the airport, there are no pre-established hours but it depends on the demand of the clients, forces us to be 45 minutes earlier since we also access the transfer according to the order of arrival of the clients, caused that part of a group of friends traveling together had to end up taking a uber when not all of them entered the transfer at that time, perhaps the fact of having a schedule and that the customer can set in advance their time of departure can help the organization of transport, not having to wait so long and that there are no situations like the one I have counted, otherwise the transfer fast and driver very attentive.

We used Madrid as a "central point" for travel. The hotel was near the airport and provided an airport shuttle service. We stayed a couple of nights, flew out of Madrid to other destinations, then returned to the hotel for 2 additional nights - they allowed us to store extra luggage we did not need for the other destinations for free as long as we returned to the hotel.

It is the ideal place for a one-night stopover between flights. No need to struggle with luggage on the metro, the hotel bus will pick you up from the airport and drop you back there. You can stroll down the road and take the metro into Madrid centre, or just relax at the hotel, which has a pleasant swimming pool and garden. It's definitely the most relaxing way of whiling away the time if you need to spend a night in Madrid on the way to somewhere else.

Osuna is a nice hotel in a quiet area, far removed from the daily bustle of a large town as Madrid. I especially enjoyed its garden, the relative quietude, and the park nearby (great for a run!).
The hotel did not disclose at the time of booking the dates of the season when the swimming pool (piscina) is open (it was closed in May!). As well, the rooms in the tower facing the garden suffer from the bad noise made by trolley bags of passers-by on the cobble stone. Sound-proofing perhaps!?
